Meal Planning

Time for meal planning.

Enchiritos and Red Cabbage Slaw
Sameer requested we make "enchiritos," by which he means enchiladas filled with refried beans and heated in the microwave.

Seitan & Veggie Stirfry and Brown Rice
I'm not sick of this yet, and it's one of the easiest, healthiest things I know how to make, so we're having it pretty much weekly.

Cheese Pizza and Garden Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing

Tofu Provençal with Rice Pilaf and French Onion Soup (from frozen)

Tofu Pot Pie

Tofu Po'Boy Sandwiches and Baked Sweet Potato Fries and Vegan Cream of Broccoli Soup

Veggie Tacos and Red Cabbage Slaw
